Welcome to RUDRA TRAVELS. By accessing our website and booking our cab services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Pricing

The prices provided via our fare estimator are estimates. The final fare will be communicated and confirmed via call or WhatsApp before the trip begins. Pricing may vary during peak seasons or due to route changes requested by the customer.

• Toll charges and state taxes may apply on certain routes unless explicitly stated as "all-inclusive" in the final quote.
• Night driving allowances for drivers apply for trips spanning across midnight (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Please review our cancellation rules:

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the trip: Free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip: A nominal cancellation fee may apply depending on vehicle deployment.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to behave appropriately with our drivers. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be borne by the passenger. Illegal substances and activities are strictly prohibited during the trip.

4. Liability

While RUDRA TRAVELS ensures the highest safety standards with experienced drivers and well-maintained vehicles, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, roadblocks, or mechanical failures). In case of a breakdown, we will attempt to provide a replacement vehicle at the earliest.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
